• Property or project details you submit as part of a booking request

• Respond to your enquiry and schedule bookings
• Send you the newsletter, if you opted in, and updates about your booking
• Improve our services

We only send marketing communications (like our weekly newsletter) if you explicitly opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send, or by contacting us directly.

How we share it

We do not sell your personal information. We use third-party service providers to run parts of our business, including scheduling (Cal.com), email newsletters (Beehiiv), and secure hosting/database infrastructure (MongoDB Atlas, ImageKit, Vercel). These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms.

Data retention

We keep booking and contact records for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal or accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize them.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it, by emailing contentelevationlab@gmail.com.
