These terms govern your use of content elevation lab.ca and any booking, package or add-on you purchase from Content Elevation Lab. By using this site or booking a shoot with us, you agree to these terms.

Bookings

Availability shown at booking time is not confirmed until we reply to confirm your appointment. Please provide accurate property and contact details — delays caused by incorrect information may affect your scheduled time slot.

Pricing and payment

Package and add-on prices shown on the site are in CAD and may change without notice. Discount codes apply to package pricing only, not add-ons, unless stated otherwise at checkout. Payment terms will be confirmed directly with you before or at the time of the shoot.

Cancellations and rescheduling

We understand plans change. Contact us as early as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel a booking, and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Deliverables and usage

Delivered photos and video remain the property of Content Elevation Lab until full payment is received. Once paid, you receive a license to use the delivered media for marketing and listing purposes related to the property or business the shoot was booked for.

Limitation of liability

We take care to deliver high-quality work, but Content Elevation Lab is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from delays, technical issues, or third-party service outages beyond our reasonable control.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the latest revision.
